Users Guide |
| These products are beautiful and bright, with
low water absorption and high bending strength. They are acid-, alkali-,
heat- and cold-resisting, and wear resistant, and they are suitable for
the decoration of the interior and exterior walls and indoor ground
surface. |

|
1. Please note the size and color number indicated on the
package. An adjacent size and color can never be used before the tiles of
the same size and color number have been used up. |

|
2. Before paving, please rub off the anti-fouling agent to
expose the pattern. There are many oriented patterns, and the tiles should
be paved according to the method shown in the drawing in order to attain
the best decoration result. |

|
|
3.Before paving, place the tiles on an open ground
according to the above-mentioned method, 10m2 by 10m2, to observe if there
are any incompatibilities in color or pattern etc. In case there
are, please inform the sales agency of our Company or contact the after
service department of our Company. |

4.Bofore paving, use cement mortar to make level the
ground surface or the wall, and lay out a line according to the size of
the tile, and there should be 3-5mm mortar joint, in order to prevent bad
results caused by the inconsistency of coefficient of swelling between the
tile and the cement. |

|
5. We recommend to use 525# net cement grout or a mixture
of cement and tile cohesive material. It is not necessary to wet the tile
before paving. |

|
|
6.When paving the ground surface, it had better to place
two perpendicular lines at a certain height on the ground or on the all
which have been made level and on which lines have been laid. Use a level
bar to level the lines. |

| 7.Place an appropriate amount of mortar on the
main quion,level to about 1cm thick, and pace the first tile on it, us a
wooden hammer to strike the tile smoothly until it has been stuck firm,
assuring the tile surface and edge are parallel or perpendicular to the
lines, then the remaining tiles should be paved step by step.
8.After the mortar has been slightly dried, place some sawdust or fine
sand on the to surface to clear off the residual mortar.
9.12 hours after the paving is completed, slightly strike the tiles
with a wooden hammer to check ,if it makes an improper sound, then repave
it .No walking on the tiles or no cleaning should be performed within
24hours of the paving.
10.If any dirt on the tile surface, which have been undergone
antifouling treatment, cannot be rubbed off with cloth, then a steel wire
ball should be used.
11.All the tiles of our Company have undergone anti-fouling treatment
before delivery, so as to avoid fouling during transportation or during
paving. When cleaning the tiles, please use branch water or mild
detergent, and then rub them dry with cloth to prevent slippery. Users
