LINAN EURO-CHINA
Our bamboo flooring manufacturing process follows strict quality control standards to ensure the highest quality products for our customers worldwide.
We select only mature Mao bamboo (over 4 years old) from managed sustainable forests. Each bamboo cane is carefully inspected for quality, straightness, and density before entering the production line.
The selected bamboo canes are cut to precise lengths and split into uniform strips. This process ensures consistent dimensions for the final product.
Bamboo strips are boiled to remove starch and sugar, which prevents insect damage and mildew. After boiling, the strips are carefully dried to achieve optimal moisture content.
The dried bamboo strips are laminated into solid boards using environmentally friendly adhesive. We offer both plain press and vertical press configurations, in 2-ply (1.2cm) or 3-ply (1.5cm) thickness.
For carbonized color, bamboo undergoes pressure steaming which darkens the bamboo through a natural carbonization process, achieving a beautiful warm coffee color.
Boards are milled into standard strip flooring profiles with tongue-and-groove edges. Final finishing includes UV lacquer coating in either semi-gloss or gloss satin finish.
Every batch undergoes rigorous quality inspection including moisture testing, dimensional accuracy checks, and visual inspection before packaging and shipment.
Our manufacturing process conforms to both residential and commercial fire prevention standards. Products are treated to prevent insect and mildew damage, ensuring long-lasting durability.
